Cancellation and Refunds

Steve White Driver Training operates a "Fair Play" policy.

A cancelled lesson is a lesson slot that could be offered to another client. 

Lessons booked can be cancelled without charge if 48 hours CLEAR notice is given. If less than 48 hours notice is given, the full lesson fee becomes payable.

If 2 or more late cancellations are made within a 4 week period, you will loose your lesson slot.



Prepaid lessons will automatically be deducted, lessons paid individually will be invoiced and must be paid before the next lesson can be taken.

Refund of bulk lessons ( 10 hour package) will comprise of the remaining balance less any lessons taken, please note that any lessons taken will be charged at the current  normal lesson rate prevailing at the time of refund , not the discounted bulk equivalent, there will also be an admin charge of £15.00.

Refunds will be made by electronic transfer only to the original payer details. (if parents pay, parents only will receive the refund)
